About Vedra Therapies

Start your holistic health journey.

Hello and welcome to Vedra Therapies.

I’m Mairead McNally, I qualified with a Distinction in my Reflexology Diploma in 2018, and have gone on to further my knowledge with qualifications in Reflexology Lymph Drainage, Facial Reflexology, Zone Face Lift, Facial Cupping, NADA Auricular Acupuncture and Pregnancy & Postnatal Reflexology.

I also have certificates in Hopi Ear Candling, Indian Head Massage and Level 1 & 2 Reiki.

I am passionate about holistic healing and my aim is to help and support you to take control of your health, physically, mentally and emotionally.

I work from my dedicated therapy room in Belfast, but if required, I am able to come to your home or workspace and provide a safe and tranquil environment for you to relax.

I love everything about about natural and organic products and their therapeutic benefits and I only use certified organic products for all my treatments. Why?

Our skin is our largest organ and will absorb almost everything you put onto it, and we unknowingly are exposed to a wide range of unnecessary chemicals every day - which eventually make their way into your bloodstream.

Using organic products means no harsh chemicals such as such as phthalates, sodium lauryl sulfate, and parabens, which can wreak havoc on the immune, reproductive, and endocrine systems as well as causing irritation and increased sensitivity to the skin.

Organic products are made with natural ingredients that work in harmony with your body, allowing your skin to better balance. They are more environmentally friendly since there are no harsh chemicals in these products, and there is significantly less waste and toxins going down the drain and back into the earth.

The brands I love using are Flying Wild and Neal's Yard Remedies. I am also an NYR Independent Consultant.

I am a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) and I strictly follow their Code of Ethics and Professional Practice.
